what size tube does this plug fit, and is it the right one for a 3/4 inch line?

catalog number on this one is C1CB15 -- that the same as the 900599-12S or are those two separate part numbers for different things?

Same part, two different ways to reference it. The SKU 900599-12S and catalog number C1CB15 both point to this exact adapter. Eaton Aeroquip just uses both numbering systems depending on which catalog or ordering platform you're working from. Either one will pull up the same 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare hex plug.
