trying to replace a 90 elbow on a -10 hose, is this one the female ORFS swivel with 1-14 threads?

You’re looking at a 90 degree elbow crimp fitting for -10 hose with a female O-Ring Face Seal swivel end. The thread on that ORFS swivel is 1-14.

fitting says it works with -10 hose, but does it need any kind of thread sealant when you hook it up or is it good to go as-is?

No sealant needed on this one. The female end uses an O-ring face seal connection, which handles the sealing on its own. Pair that with the crimp attachment on the hose side and you've got a leak-free joint without adding anything extra to the threads.
