it's a 1-7/16-12 male O-ring face seal fitting. That's a size 16 ORS cap from the Eaton Aeroquip FF9863 series, made to cap off male ORS ports when a line isn't in use or during storage and transport.

Made as an ORS cap assembly, it’s meant to cap a male O-ring face seal connection. The thread on this one is 1-7/16-12 male ORFS.
