Got a tee fitting here I'm trying to sort out, the branch side needs to swivel, but the run connection stays fixed. This the right part for that setup?

The branch connection on this fitting is a 1-5/16-12 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel, so yes, that side rotates during installation to help with alignment without twisting the hose. The run side is a 1-5/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare and does not swivel. Both connections are the same thread size, so if your lines are all 1-5/16-12 JIC, this tee fits that layout exactly.
