trying to swap out a crimp end on a -06 hose. is this the 45 elbow with the M16 x 1.5 female swivel and the 24 degree DIN light flare?

You are looking at a -06 hose crimp fitting with a 45 degree elbow and an M16 x 1.5 female German DIN 3902 24 degree flare light duty swivel end. It also calls out a 10 mm tube O.D. on the DIN flare side.

what hose size does this fitting work with, and is it gonna hold up in a system that sees some shock loading?

Sized for -06 hose, and it's rated for use with H277 or H435 hose specifically in applications where shock hazards are a concern. Those hose types are the recommended pairing when your system sees pressure spikes or vibration.
