Would this tee adapter work alright for hooking up some grease lines on my tractor?

got a little hydraulic manifold with 1/8-27 npt ports. is this tee set up with one male and two female ends?

Function-wise, it gives you a tee where the run is 1/8-27 male NPT on one end and 1/8-27 female NPT on the other, plus a 1/8-27 female NPT branch. All three connections are NPTF style pipe threads.
