trying to swap out an old tee, is this one 3/4-14 female npt on all three ports?

All three ends are female NPTF with 3/4-14 threads, and each end size is listed as 0.75, so it is a 3/4-14 female pipe tee across the board.

what all systems is this tee adapter good for, just hydraulic or can it go in other setups too?

Hydraulic is the main fit, but this adapter also works in instrumentation and chemical processing systems. All three ports are 3/4-14 female NPT, so as long as your lines match that thread size and the fluid compatibility checks out for your application, you're in good shape across any of those uses.

All three connections are female NPTF, and the size is 3/4-14. It’s a tee adapter in the Eaton Aeroquip 2090 series with NPTF internal pipe threads on each port.

Will this tee fitting work with regular NPT threads, or does it need to be NPTF?

It's made with NPTF (National Pipe Taper Fuel) internal threads, which are designed for a tighter seal than standard NPT.
