trying to hook up a 1/2 pipe line, is this the one that’s swivel female on one side and male on the other?

For a straight pipe-to-pipe hookup, it matches a 1/2-14 female NPSM swivel on one end and a 1/2-14 male NPTF on the other, with both ends sized at 1/2.

got a hose end that’s 1/2-14 female npt swivel. will this screw right onto a 1/2-14 male npt port without any funny business?

Function-wise, it is a straight adapter that goes from 1/2-14 Female NPT swivel on one end to 1/2-14 Male NPT on the other, so it’s meant for that exact female-to-male NPT connection in a straight run.
