got a 3/4 tube line with a male JIC 37 degree flare, is this the right Flaretite seal for it?

Fit comes down to two things shown here: it is a Flaretite seal made for male JIC 37 degree flare fittings and adapters, and it is sized for 0.75 inch tube O.D.

For a 3/4" tube OD male JIC 37-degree flare connection, yes, this is the correct Flaretite seal. The FF13271 is spec'd for that exact tube OD, and Flaretite seals work by fitting over the male fitting threads to create a positive seal at the flare face. If you're getting a weep or seep at that joint, swapping in one of these is a pretty standard remedy before assuming the fitting itself needs replacing.

Correct on both counts. These are built for male JIC 37-degree flare fittings and adapters, and the tube O.D. on this part is 0.75 inches, so a 3/4 inch tube line is exactly what it's sized for. Eaton Aeroquip makes these under the Flaretite series, so you're getting a name-brand seal that's spec'd for that connection type.
