does this hook up to standard ag equipment fittings or do i need an adapter? trying to figure out if it'll mate up with what we already got on the line.

Built to ISO standard 7241/1 Series A dimensions, so it mates with other Industrial Interchange couplings that follow the same spec. The socket end is a 1/4-18 NPTF female pipe thread, which is common on a lot of agricultural and construction equipment. If your existing fittings follow that ISO series and use a matching male half, you should be good to go without an adapter.

You’re looking at a -04 size 5600 Series Industrial Interchange female half with a 1/4-18 female pipe thread (NPTF). Both ends on this one are female, and it’s the socket style with a push to connect interface on the coupling side.

Both, actually. The 5600 Series sees regular use in agricultural equipment, in-plant manufacturing setups, and construction machinery. It also fits dump trucks, snow plows, and maintenance vehicles. The PUSH-PULL ball latch makes hookup and disconnect fast when you're out in the field and don't want to mess around.
