got a -06 hose and need a 90 to get around a bracket. is this the one with the 3/8-18 male pipe swivel?

fitting says it works with H277 or H435 hose, does that mean it won't crimp onto other -06 hose types I might already have on hand?

For this particular fitting, H277 and H435 are the specified compatible hose types, and those are especially called out for use where shock hazards are a concern. If you're working with a different -06 hose, you'd want to confirm it falls under one of those two designations before crimping. The -06 hose size is correct, but the hose type does matter for getting a proper crimp and maintaining reliable performance.
