Will this here fitting hold up okay for a truck air brake system?

Air brake systems are exactly what this connector is built for. It combines a push-to-connect end with a 1/2 inch NPTF male thread on the other side, so it bridges the two connection types without adapters or workarounds. The brass body holds up well under the pressure demands those systems put on fittings, and the Dura-Kote plating adds a solid layer of corrosion resistance for trucks and equipment running in rough conditions.
