Running this on a pump pulling water and some gritty slurry mix, what's the vacuum rating on it, and will the wire reinforcement hold up without the hose collapsing on the suction side?

Vacuum service on this hose goes up to 28 inches Hg, so it handles suction duty without collapsing. The single steel helical wire reinforcement is what keeps the bore open under negative pressure, which matters a lot when you're pulling thick or gritty material. The synthetic rubber tube is built to handle water, mud, and slurry transfer, so that kind of application is squarely in its wheelhouse.

What kind of attachments can I use with this hose?

You can attach cam and groove fittings made of aluminum or polypropylene. Combination nipples (shank type - medium) made of steel, brass, or stainless steel will also work. Clamps can be crimped, swaged, or preformed.

got a pump setup that pulls water before it pushes it out, will this 3 inch hose handle suction without collapsing

For suction work, it’s rated for vacuum service up to 28 inches Hg, and it has a single steel helical wire plus textile reinforcement to help it hold its shape while pulling water, mud, or slurry.
