what's the temp range on this hose? got some seasonal outdoor pumping work and need to know if it'll hold up in cold weather

Rated from -13°F up to 158°F, so it handles a pretty wide swing in both directions. Cold winters and hot summer pump runs should both fall well within that range without any issues.

got a pump setup that pulls a little vacuum on the suction side. is this hose rated for that or is it just pressure

For suction applications, it is rated for vacuum service up to 28 inches, and it also carries a 150 PSI maximum operating pressure for the discharge side.

Will this hose hold up if I'm pumpin' out a muddy pond?

This hose is designed for pumping water, mud, and slurries, so it should work for your pond as long as the pressure doesn't exceed 150 PSI.
