Match-up wise, it’s a straight steel connector with a 9/16-18 male SAE O-ring boss thread on one end (SAE J514) and a 1/4-18 female NPSM thread on the other (SAE J476). The seal is NBR, so it’s built around an O-ring boss style seal on the male side.

NPSM is a straight mechanical thread, not a tapered pipe thread, so it won't seal the same way an NPT fitting does. The female end here is 1/4-18 per SAE J476, which pairs with other NPSM-spec fittings. If your existing pipe fitting is NPT, the threads will technically engage but won't seal properly. Make sure whatever you're connecting to is also NPSM before you commit to this one.
