This Vickers valve is used in a pretty wide range of industrial applications. You'll find it in die casting and foundries, machine tools, marine and offshore equipment, presses, primary metal, paper, test equipment, and even turbine control systems like wind, steam, and water.

flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM -- is that enough for a press application or should I be lookin at something bigger?

For most press setups, 80 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. The DG4V-3-2N-M-U-H7-60 is explicitly listed for press applications, so it's built with that kind of service in mind. Whether that flow rate fits your specific system depends on your cylinder bore and cycle speed, but 80 LPM covers a wide range of industrial press circuits without issue.
