Is this here adapter gonna fit my Komatsu equipment like it should? I'm always worried about these aftermarket parts.

Intended as a Komatsu and Kobelco fitting, this steel adapter is made to fit M22 x 1.5 male Komatsu plugs.

does this plug use M22 x 1.5 threads, or is that just the port size it fits into?

The M22 x 1.5 measurement refers to the thread on the plug itself, so that's what you'd match up against your mating port or fitting. It's a male Komatsu-style plug made by Adaptall, and the thread pitch is 1.5mm. As long as your port calls for an M22 x 1.5 male Komatsu connection, this one fits the bill.
