got a line with a 1/2-20 female JIC, will this adapter step it down to a 7/16-20 male JIC and still be the 37 degree flare style?

Function-wise, it is a straight JIC 37 degree flare union adapter that goes from 1/2-20 female JIC on one side to 7/16-20 male JIC on the other.
