E-Z Clip Series Fitting, 3/4-16 Female O-Ring (Short Pilot), -08 Hose, Straight

Match it up to a -08 hose and a 3/4-16 female O-ring seal end in a straight configuration. This part is an E-Z Clip Series fitting with a 3/4-16 female O-ring (short pilot) and it’s built for -08 hose.

No mandrel is required with the E-Z Clip setup, and it is meant to be assembled with basic tools. You cut the GH134 Multi-Refrigerant hose square, slip on two clips, oil the nipple with the system’s compressor oil, push the nipple in until it bottoms out, snap the cage into the groove, slide the clips into the cage channels, then close the clips using the FT1357 clip closing pliers.

It's designed for use with DANFOSS Power Solutions' GH134 Multi-Refrigerant hose. Sticking to that will ensure proper compatibility.

For closing the clips on this fitting you'll need the FT1357 Clip Closing Pliers. When you use them, make sure they're sitting square on the clip connection points and stay square all the way through the close. That part matters more than people think. The pliers do all the work, no power supply or crimping machine needed, which is real handy when you're working somewhere tight.
