do i need a heavy duty power crimper to put this fitting on the hose?

Power tools aren't necessary for these fittings. You just use the FT1357 Clip Closing Pliers to secure the clips over the cage. The system is set up to be as simple as using standard hand pliers which makes it a lot easier if you are working in a tight spot.

got a 134a system on a commercial refrigeration unit and need a 90 degree fitting with a charge port on the high side. this the right one for -08 hose?
