Both ends are 3/4-16 male JIC with a SAE 37-degree flare, so yeah, that'll mate up to female JIC fittings on both sides. Same thread size and spec on each end, which makes it real straightforward for that kind of union connection. It follows SAE J514, so it'll play nice with standard JIC hydraulic connections throughout.

This straight adapter is rated for a maximum dynamic pressure of 6,000 Psi, so it should handle pretty tough applications.
