got a permco gear pump apart on the bench. is this the long tie bolt that holds the sections and end plates together?

On multi-section Permco gear pumps and motors, that tie bolt is used to clamp the pump sections and end plates together during assembly. This one is a genuine Permco replacement tie bolt with 5/8-11 UNC threads and a 10.5 inch length.
