Same part, different numbers. X0145 is the primary SKU, and 40201-10 along with C1KU91 are alternate part numbers that refer to the exact same Felsted Conn Rod made by Orscheln Products. If you've got an old invoice or parts list showing any of those numbers, you're looking at the right item.
