For closing an unused CD61 code 61 flanged port, this blind flange is meant to bolt onto a 1 inch flange port and seal it with a #16 O-ring face seal, so you can cap the port and keep the hydraulic circuit sealed.

For an unused CD61 code 61 flange port at 1 inch, yes, that's exactly what this blind flange is built for. It uses an O-ring face seal on the #16 size to keep the port sealed tight and prevent any fluid from bypassing.
