what's the pressure rating on this thing if I run it with 5 vee rings instead of 4?

Running five vees bumps the pressure ceiling up to 5,000 PSI. With four vees you're capped at 3,000, and if you need to push all the way to 10,000 PSI you'd need six vees in the stack. The set is built to scale that way, so the number of vee rings you run directly determines how much pressure the assembly can handle.
