got a cylinder that takes a 4.00 OD and 3.25 ID v-packing, is this set the right size or am i missin something

Fit comes down to the dimensions, and this set is sized at 4.00 inch OD, 3.25 inch ID, with a 0.188 inch (about 0.19 inch) height. If those match what your gland calls for, the sizing lines up.

what's the pressure range on this thing if I'm running it with 5 vees stacked in?

Five vees gets you up to 5000 PSI. If you're working in a higher pressure environment, going to six vees pushes that ceiling up to 10,000 PSI. On the lower end, four vees handles anything from 0 to 3000 PSI. The set is built with fabric reinforced rubber and urethane vee rings, with nylon adaptors on top and bottom to keep everything seated properly.

They're rated to handle temperatures from -65°F up to 220°F.
