What kinda fluid works best in this thing, or does it matter much?

This work module is designed for use with a mineral oil with a viscosity of 16 cSt. However, it can handle fluid viscosities from a minimum of 10 cSt up to a maximum of 460 cSt, though optimal performance is between 12 cSt and 75 cSt.
