What kind of fluid should I be running through this thing? I see a viscosity range listed.

Optimal performance for this valve kit is with fluids in the 12 to 75 cSt range, though it can handle 10 to 400 cSt. Keep in mind that all the testing data was based on mineral oil at 16 cSt and a specific contamination level.
