Will this plug work with standard mineral oil, or do I need something special?

It works fine with standard mineral oil, especially if you're running a viscosity around 16 cSt. All the technical data was collected using mineral oil with that viscosity and a contamination level of 19/16 per ISO 4406.

what's the pressure rating on the A and B ports for this monoblock valve? trying to figure out if it'll hold up on a loader application we been running pretty hard

Ports P, A, and B are all rated to 5100 PSI maximum operating pressure. Maximum back pressure on the return side tops out at 363 PSI. For a hard-working loader setup that stays within those limits, this valve is built to handle it. The cast-iron monoblock body and hardened nickel-plated spools are meant for demanding duty cycles, so it's not a light-duty piece of equipment.
