plug's rated up to 5100 PSI on the work ports -- does that hold for carry over configurations too, or is there a different pressure limit when this is installed between sections?

Port pressure ratings on the A and B ports stay at 5100 PSI regardless of where this plug sits in the stack. Back pressure is where the number changes -- the system limit there is 363 PSI, so that's worth keeping in mind on your return line side when you're running this in a carry over setup between sections 2 and 5.

It’s an outlet option used when you’re setting up power beyond on a VDM8 series monoblock so flow can be carried on to another valve section or downstream circuit as you move from a 2 spool configuration up through 5 spools.
