what's the internal leakage like on this valve? running a pretty tight system and can't afford much slop

At 2285 PSI, internal leakage runs between 1.52 and 2.13 cubic inches per minute. That's a result of the minimum tolerance machined between the spool and body, which Salami holds pretty close on this series. The hardened, nickel-plated spools also help maintain that fit over time compared to softer materials that can wear and open up clearances faster.

What kind of temperatures can this valve handle, operating and storage wise?

This valve is designed to work in ambient temperatures from -22°F to 140°F. For optimal performance with NBR seals, keep the temperature between -4° and 185°F.
