got a system that sees some cold mornings and hot afternoons. what temp range will this VDM8 valve tolerate?

For ambient conditions, it is rated from -22°F up to 140°F. For fluid and seal temperature, it is listed at -4°F to 185°F when using NBR seals.

what's the max pressure this valve handles on the work ports?

Ports P, A, and B are all rated to 5100 PSI, so you've got consistent pressure capacity across the main circuit. Back pressure on the return side is limited to 363 PSI, which is worth keeping in mind when you're sizing your return line. All that pressure data was validated using mineral oil at 16 cSt viscosity with a contamination level of 19/16 per ISO 4406.
