what's the pressure rating on this valve, and can it handle continuous duty at that level or is 5100 PSI more of a peak number?

Port ratings on the "P", "A", and "B" ports are listed at 5100 PSI, and the maximum back pressure the valve handles is 363 PSI. Keep in mind that all the technical data was gathered using mineral oil at 16 cSt viscosity and a contamination level of 19/16 per ISO 4406, so staying within those fluid conditions is part of keeping the valve performing the way the numbers suggest.
