What's the max pressure this valve can take, and does that hold across all the main ports?

Ports P, A, and B are all rated to 5100 PSI, so you're covered consistently across your main working ports. The one exception worth knowing is the outlet port T, which has a max back pressure of 363 PSI. Keep that in mind when you're sizing your return line.

got a hydraulic setup that sees some cold mornings and then runs pretty warm later on. what temp range will this VD6A section tolerate?

On the oil side, it is rated for fluid temperatures from -4°F up to 185°F when using standard NBR seals. For the surrounding environment, the ambient range is -22°F to 140°F.
