got a system that’ll see close to 4,000 psi on the pressure line. is this working section rated for that, and what about the A and B ports?

Pressure limits depend on the port. Port P is rated up to 4000 PSI, while ports A and B are rated up to 4500 PSI, so it fits a setup running near 4000 PSI on the pressure inlet as long as you stay within those port-specific limits.
