Can this kit handle the pressure on my hydraulic system? I'm running about 4200 PSI on ports A and B.

The VD12A series assembly kit is designed to handle a maximum operating pressure of 4000 PSI on port "P" and 4500 PSI on ports "A" and "B". So, it should work for your system.
