got a system that runs around 3,000 psi most days. what pressure can this valve handle on the different ports

Pressure limits depend on which port you are loading. Ports P are rated up to 4000 PSI, while ports A and B are rated up to 4500 PSI.

Optimal fluid viscosity for this Salami valve is between 12 cSt and 75 cSt. It was tested using mineral oil with a viscosity of 16 cSt and contamination level 19/16 as ISO 4406.

i got a system that runs about 32 gpm, is this VD10A section gonna choke it down any?

Flow-wise, it is rated for 32 GPM, so that matches what you are running. Just keep the oil in the stated viscosity window, with 12 to 75 cSt being the sweet spot, and filtration around ISO 4406 19/16 since the published performance data is based on that kind of oil cleanliness.
