Are these bolts the right size for mounting a Vickers valve? Just want to make sure before I order.

These bolts are 10-24 x 3-1/2, so check that against your valve's requirements. They come four to a pack.

these come 4 to a pack, right? just want to make sure I'm ordering enough to do a full valve mount without needing two packs

Four bolts per pack, and that lines up with standard valve mounting setups that take one bolt at each corner. For a single valve mount, one pack covers you. If you're doing multiple valves in one go, just multiply accordingly before you order.
