pump runs counterclockwise on my rig, this one set up that way from the factory or do I have to change something?

CCW rotation is factory set on this unit, so no changes needed on your end. That's how it ships and how it's meant to run. Just make sure your drive source matches that direction before you bolt it up, and you're good to go.
