pump says CCW rotation -- is that something that can be flipped or are you stuck with it?

Shaft rotation on these Vickers-style vane pumps can actually be changed by disassembling and reassembling the internal components in the opposite orientation. So CCW isn't permanent if your setup calls for something different. Just know that it does require taking the pump apart to do it, it's not a simple external switch or setting.
