Got a piece of equipment showing part number MI-03110388 for the u-cup seal, that the same as this one here?

Yeah, MI-03110388 is one of the alternate part numbers for this exact seal. C1DQ53 and MINO-00407X12353 will also cross to it. If your machine calls out any of those numbers, this is the right replacement.

got a leaky cylinder and the old seal is marked U37-2.62, is this the same Poly Pak U Cup or am i chasin the wrong part

If your existing seal is marked U37-2.62, that matches the Hercules Poly Pak U Cup with supplier part number U37-2.62. It is also sold under alternate part numbers C1DQ53, MI-03110388, and MINO-00407X12353, so any of those numbers point to the same seal.
