part number C1DM60, is that the same thing as TZ-0575-3, or are these two different parts?

Same part, two different numbers. C1DM60 is just an alternate part number that cross-references to TZ-0575-3. Suppliers and equipment manuals sometimes list one or the other, so if you came across C1DM60 somewhere, you're looking at the right piece.
