trying to swap out an old -06 hose end, is this one the 90 degree elbow with a male snap to connect on it?

It is a 90 degree elbow crimp fitting for -06 hose, and the End Type on one side is listed as Push to Connect with a male gender. The other end is for a line, hose, or tube connection.

Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system that sees a fair bit of vibration?

It is designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic applications where shock hazards might be present. Using hoses H277 or H435 is recommended in those conditions.

fitting don't need any thread sealant or nothing like that to install it right?

Correct, no thread sealant is required. The Male STC end uses a push-to-connect snap design that seals on its own, so you won't need tape or compound on that end. Just make sure your hose is properly seated and crimped and you're good to go.
