Trying to replace a 90 degree ORFS swivel on a -20 hose, is this the one with 1-11/16-12 threads?

Match-up wise, you are looking at a 90 degree elbow crimp fitting for -20 hose with a female O-Ring Face Seal swivel end that uses 1-11/16-12 threads.

fitting says it works with -20 hose, but does it need any kind of thread sealant or mandrel to get it on there right?

No mandrel, no thread sealant required. The 1-11/16-12 thread and the female O-ring face seal design handle the seal on their own, so you're not adding extra steps or materials to the installation. Just crimp it onto your -20 hose and you're good to go.
