trying to swap out a fitting i busted, is this one a -12 hose end with a 45 elbow and a 1-3/16-12 ORFS swivel?

It matches a -12 hose size and it has a 45 degree elbow. The port end is a female O-Ring Face Seal swivel with 1-3/16-12 threads, so it lines up with that ORFS thread and swivel style.

got a -12 hose line running into a tight spot and need a 45 degree elbow with an ORS swivel on one end, this thing gonna work for that?
