trying to replace a 90-degree ORFS swivel on a -08 hose, is this the one with the 1-14 female end?

fitting says it works with 1 and 2 wire braid hose, does that include -08 size or just the bigger ones?

Both wire braid types are covered, and yes, -08 hose is exactly what this fitting is sized for. The 90-degree elbow connects directly to -08 hose whether you're running single or double wire braid. No need to second-guess the pairing there.
