got a -10 hose and need a straight female ORS swivel, is this the right fitting or am i off a size

It matches a -10 hose on the crimp side and a 1-14 female O-Ring Face Seal swivel on the port side. It is a straight Global TTC steel crimp fitting made for 1 and 2 wire braid hose.

fitting's for a -10 hose right? just want to make sure before i order, got a 1-14 thread port i'm trying to connect to

that's correct on both counts. The hose end is sized for -10 hose, and the port connection is a 1-14 female O-ring face seal swivel. The swivel feature makes it a good bit easier to get everything lined up without having to twist the hose during install.
