Will this fitting work okay with a H277 hose in a situation where there might be some shock?

Application notes indicate that the H277 and H435 hoses are appropriate when shock hazards are present. This fitting is compatible with both.

got a -06 hose on the bench, will this fitting crimp onto it and still let me swivel at the NPT end?

Works with -06 hose and it’s a 3/8-18 female NPT swivel in a straight configuration. It’s part of the Aeroquip TTC 1 and 2 wire braid steel crimp line and is called out as compatible with H277 or H435 hoses.
