got a -08 hose and need a 90 with a JIC swivel, is this the one with 3/4-16 threads?

For a -08 hose, this fitting matches that hose size and comes as a long 90 degree elbow with a 3/4-16 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel on the threaded end.

torque spec on this fitting, what am I supposed to be tightening it down to?

Rated at 44 to 48 lb/ft, so you've got a pretty tight window to work in. Stay within that range and you'll get a solid, leak-free connection without risk of overtorquing the swivel seat. A quality torque wrench is worth using here rather than going by feel.

trying to swap out an old elbow fitting, what exactly are the ends and sizes on this one?

On the equipment side it’s a 3/4-16 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel. The hose end is for a -08 hose, and the end type callouts are 0.75 inch JIC 37 on one side and 0.5 inch line/hose/tube on the other, built as a long 90 degree elbow.
