got a -24 hose and need a 90 to a code 61 flange, is this the right fitting?

Does this fitting need any kind of thread sealant or mandrel during install, or does it just crimp straight on?

No mandrel and no thread sealant required. The Aeroquip TTC Steel Crimp Fitting goes on without either, which keeps the installation pretty straightforward. Just crimp it onto your -24 hose and you're good to go.

Will this fitting hold up in a hydraulic system where there's a lot of vibration and potential for sudden pressure spikes?
